Update - having been contacted my a manager at the dealership to understand my experience, Arbury have provided a solution to the issues I was unhappy about. While not a 5 start review, this has shown a good customer focused response to a problem, and I really appreciate that, and feel much better about the transaction, and enjoy driving my car that bit more.
Original - Overall my transaction to buy a second hand car was okay. The car was not delivered clean (lots of grime in the car), and had damage which was not obvious in pictures or through discussions over the phone with staff. All that said, I don't feel "ripped off" but had I known of these issues before, I would have purchased elsewhere. Be very careful with this company, buying from a distance.
