Having been a customer of yours for 10 years and having bought all my cars from you and had the cars serviced by yourselves, I feel I have to make the following comments.
While it's always easy to comment on any shortcomings, I have to say that in my recent dealings with your Service department about issues on the car I bought last year, I have nothing but praise for the way it was dealt with.
That praise is for a particular individual, Leah Greaves. She epitomises what customer service is meant to be. She kept me informed on what was happening throughout, and was very thorough and professional in ensuring that the problems were dealt with.
I always felt confident that she would deliver a successful outcome. The real test for any company is not when matters go well but how they deal with any problems when things go wrong. She was excellent and strengthened my faith in Arbury that they will always give an outstanding service. She is what customer care is all about. -
