The Service department has particularly good staff, specifically Donna,a delightful lady,who
has guided me through an array of services,maintenance,& repairs over the years..
I've bought 4 Peugeots in the last 10 years & my mother has been buying cars from here for several (decades)
Due to bad luck in the form of uninsured drivers writing off 3 of my cars in as many years, I noticed noticed that the process wasn't as exciting or satisfactory.
By crash & car no.5, my cash flow was stagnant, Going from choosing a £15,000 car to a £5000 one through no fault of your own is really not nice
I really can't give details,but I will say that the last 3 cars had issues that,in my opinion, should've been addressed before the sale was finalized.
To be absolutely frank,it felt like validation of the fact that you get exactly what you pay for.
Mark, the Service boss, may not have been blessed with an engaging charismatic personality, but I've definitely had enough interaction with him to promise YOU that this chap is an absolute genius at his job.
Much like a Surgeon who isn't bursting with social skills, but will save life after life,day after day.

NB My last Peugeot purchase was from Mark Timson - Timson Autos, Nuneaton,& I wish to goodness I'd found him 10 years ago!!!
I advise potential buyers to check Timsons, Peugeot Dealership, before committing to Arbury.
