Myself and my wife have bought many cars off Peugeot Arbury in Lichfield, recently i purchased a 2019 3008 in January 2021. Unfortunately this has not gone well and it has had many faults, despite this i have kept the car as i really enjoy it but after sending many complaint e-mails, i have not received a single reply from the head office or management. Not the kind of customer service i was expecting of a loyal customer of many years. My wife will be looking to update her car in the next 6 months but unless my car is repaired to my satisfation i doubt we will return. Although a shout out to the great staff at Arbury Lichfield, Kev, Rich and Rob and to the excellent team in the Service Dept, Chris, Rob, Tracey and Alex.
Update: After back and forth I have returned and bought a different car off Kev Waite, far better experience this time.
