I needed to change my car during the pandemic. I contacted Arbury Bromsgrove via their website, and promptly received a reply from them. I arranged to take a test drive of a 3008 the following day. Andy Parton was the sales representative I met for the test drive. All safety procedures for the Covid-19 situation were adhered to, with Andy sitting diagonally in the back of the vehicle with a mask on. I fell in love with the car, and upon returning to the showroom decided it was the car for me. It's a diamond of a car, and I continue to enjoy it since my purchase 3 weeks ago. The showroom has clearly marked routes to allow for social distancing guidelines, and I felt safe during my visit. I was greeted by warm, friendly, and good-humoured staff, which is always a bonus. I have no reservations in recommending them to anyone who wishes to receive a first-class customer experience.
