I recently purchased a used car from Arbury Bromsgrove. I dealt with Andy Parton and found him to be knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I immediately felt at ease and well looked after. I went to look at a Peugeot 208 which I unfortunately just missed out on but Andy let me know that they had another similar one on the way to the dealership and had it ready for me within a matter of days. Love the new all electric e-208. Never need to go to the garage again, just plug in at night, like your phone, and wake up fully charged. Government grant for a smart charger at home too. Under £650 of electric for 12,000 miles. Book figure of 215 miles on a full charge means even long trips are in range. DavidRowe Wtl

I needed to change my car during the pandemic. I contacted Arbury Bromsgrove via their website, and promptly received a reply from them. I arranged to take a test drive of a 3008 the following day. Andy Parton was the sales representative I met for the test drive. All safety procedures for the Covid-19 situation were adhered to, with Andy sitting diagonally in the back of the vehicle with a mask on. I fell in love with the car, and upon returning to the showroom decided it was the car for me. It's a diamond of a car, and I continue to enjoy it since my purchase 3 weeks ago. The showroom has clearly marked routes to allow for social distancing guidelines, and I felt safe during my visit. I was greeted by warm, friendly, and good-humoured staff, which is always a bonus. My wife purchased a 3008 the beginning of the month from Arbury Bromsgrove. Andy Parton dealt with our purchase and from day one he went above and beyond, Andy is extremely knowledgeable and very professional, he dealt with everything we asked for and was always on the end of the phone if needed. I then fell in love with the 308 and Andy found the perfect car for me exactly what I'd asked him for, model, spec, price range. I collected my 308 today and couldn't be happier. Got our brand new car from here. In love! Great service from Arbury. Steve has been a great help in the hand over of the car and helping us choose the right car. They're also a motability dealership so great for anyone looking for a new car on the motability scheme. Great choice of cars on site. Tea and coffee facilities which is an added bonus.
