I live 97 miles away from Arbury Peugeot, so had only seen pictures. I dealt with a lovely chap Andy who was amazing from start to finish, he organised for my new car to be transported down so no extra mileage was added, as the country went into the fuel crisis I emailed Andy to check how much fuel would the car be turning up with to which he informed me he had topped it up before the madness started. The car arrived with a full tank ❤ so grateful to Andy. Wonderful service, I love the car a 15 plate 308 with 36'000 miles. The car is immaculate and the service has been fab. Would highly recommend this dealership whether you live locally or miles away. Shannon Seamans

Brilliant customer service from Andy, from start to finish the process of getting my new car was the best possible experience I could of expected, the video presentation answering all my questions was superb and to feel like they actually appreciated my custom and not always straight about the money like most dealers seem to do was refreshing. I’m really enjoying my new car and I am thankful to Andy for helping me with all my questions and talking me through the process of buying the car, even from such a distance from the dealership. I found my car using autotrader and immediately loved the car. But living about a 2 hour drive away from the dealership I was weary of purchasing the car as a remote purchaser and having it delivered to me on a truck without test driving it first. So after a journey up to the garage one Saturday morning I bought the car and had it delivered to me a few days later free of charge. I could have actually had it delivered without the test drive as the car is perfect and just as described. Andy P, the salesman, isn't your typical car salesman. He's honest, and not pushy in any way at all. I've bought a lot of cars in my time and this was a very smooth and enjoyable experience. At no point did I feel pressured into the sale. The test drive was expertly planned to include all different types of roads, and it was a long drive too. Not like in other dealerships where you're lucky to get more than a few miles. Andy took me through every detail of the car, explaining all the many features. But once again, not in a flashy showoff way, but in a knowledgeable caring manner, making sure that everything was to my liking. I really can't stress how relaxed the whole experience was. So much so that my partner hopes to be able to purchase a car from them in the near future. The hand over was smooth and effortless. My new car arrived on a truck and my old car was taken away. Easy. Just goes to prove that a family business once again looks after their customers and employees caring staff. Thank you Peter Sewell
